Portillo, a unique ski resort in Chile, offers group lessons in all levels of skiing and snowboarding. Everyone can practice ski sports in Chile. With top-level instructors and trainers and a low student-to-teacher ratio you will learn quickly and enjoyably. Ski and boarding classes are also a great place to learn to improve your technique, make new friends and get the most out of the mountains. So once you arrive at Portillo, stop by the Ski School office and register for group lessons.

Group lessons are for ages 7 years and up, of all ability levels. We will match you with skiers or riders of compatible ability, from first timer to expert.

Group classes are held from 10:30 am to noon and 3 pm to 4:30 pm. Participants and instructors meet right outside the ski in & out access 15 minutes before the beginning of classes (10:15 am for the morning classes and 2:45 pm for the afternoon classes).

NOTE: Prices in Chilean pesos include the value added tax (19%). Guests who stay at the hotel and who are not residents of Chile DO NOT pay VAT if they pay their bill in dollars or with a dollar credit card.
