GASTRONOMY SPRING AND SUMMER 2007 / 2008

Hotel Portillo’s restaurant is famous for its exquisite cuisine. Headed by our Chef Rafael Figueroa, our guests enjoy healthy and abundant meals prepared with the freshest fish and seafood from the Pacific coast, beef, vegetables and fruits, and delicious typical Chilean dishes, all accompanied by the finest Chilean wines. Additionally, the dining room’s stunning view of the Inca Lake and the fresh air from the Andes help to perfect your Portillo dining experience.

Our Maitre D', Juan Beiza, and his team of waiters offer a personalized service that will make your event, seminar or luncheon a unique experience.

For your comfort Portillo offers four fixed lunch menu alternatives, as well as an à la carte menu. If you wish, our Food and Beverage Director can also arrange a personalized menu for your lunch or dinner.
