Portillo is a great place for adults, whether singles, couples or parents whose kids have gone off to play in the pool or game room. Ski sports in Chile are a great activity for every member of a family. Adults really enjoy the camaraderie that develops between guests, and meals can often become social events: good food, conversation about skiing in Chile and other topics and laughs. If a quiet, romantic dinner is what you have in mind, there’s plenty of room for that too. Adults can treat Portillo like a spa: hire a personal ski trainer, spend a half-hour in the heated pool, get a massage, take a sauna, do half an hour on the treadmill or stair-climber and/or get your hair done. Portillo's bar one of the great attractions of the hotel because of its architectural charm. In the evening you will be serenaded by the sound of piano music, and after dinner, to a live band. The ambiance is warm and entertaining, perfect for meeting up with your friends and ordering a pisco sour or a glass of Chile’s noteworthy wine. Or ski resort is a good opportunity to meet new friends too. The bar is open from noon to midnight, and it is great to simply relax by the fireplace. Portillo’s Disco opens at 11pm and the dancing often continues until the wee hours of the night. The disco has another bar and our DJ will make you dance to the best of today’s music.
